Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JetSet BioLabs website and your purchase of any products offered through it (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any product.

Research use only

All products sold by JetSet BioLabs are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or household chemicals, and are not approved or intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.
• Products are not intended or authorized for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo application, and may present serious risks if misused.
• Products will be used only for lawful, in-vitro research or analytical purposes by appropriately trained personnel in a controlled setting.
• No statements on the Site have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulatory authority.

Eligibility and buyer responsibility

To purchase, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, academic, industrial technician, or otherwise authorized professional capable of safely handling research materials. You are solely responsible for determining that a product is suitable and lawful for your intended research and for complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and institutional policies governing its purchase, handling, storage, and disposal.

Right to refuse or cancel orders

JetSet BioLabs may, at its sole discretion, refuse any order, limit quantities, cancel an order in whole or in part, or withhold fulfillment where there is reason to believe a product may be intended for human or animal use, or for any unlawful purpose. We may also cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund for the affected items.

Products, labeling, and packaging

We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Vial fill formats may differ from the unit sizes shown at purchase; the total quantity you receive will match the amount ordered, though it may be consolidated or divided across vials. For example, a 10 mg order may be fulfilled as two 5 mg vials. Products must be handled only by qualified, properly trained personnel following applicable laboratory safety practices.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping details.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery windows are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once a shipment leaves our facility, it is handled by the carrier and subject to their timelines and conditions. Please inspect your order promptly on arrival and contact us if anything appears damaged, missing, or incorrect within the window stated on our support page.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are limited and evaluated case by case. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at jetsetbiolabs@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos. Approved remedies may include replacement or, where appropriate, a refund. We do not accept returns of opened or handled products.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site or any product to violate any law or regulation; to resell or distribute products for human or animal use; to misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or intended use; or to interfere with the Site's operation or security. We may suspend or terminate access for any suspected violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the JetSet BioLabs name and marks, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Listing a material on the Site does not grant any license to operate in a way that infringes any third-party intellectual-property right or regulatory requirement. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that products are fit for any specific research application or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetSet BioLabs and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetSet BioLabs from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your purchase or handling of any product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/province and country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where prohibited by applicable law.
