Frequently Asked Questions
Answers on our products, quality, ordering, shipping, and support.
Products & quality
What are JetSet BioLabs products intended for?
All JetSet BioLabs products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. They should be handled only by qualified research professionals in a controlled setting.
Are your products tested for purity?
Our compounds are produced to research-grade quality standards. Where third-party testing has been performed, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) may be available for the relevant batch. COAs are not always issued automatically with every order, but you can request available documentation by email.
How can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Email us with your order number, the product name, and the batch number (if you have it), and we will share any available COA for that lot. Not every batch has a COA available at all times.
What form do the products ship in?
Most peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which supports stability during shipping and storage. Reconstitution supplies such as bacteriostatic water and syringes are not included, and no usage or dosing instructions are provided.
Storage & handling
How should I store lyophilized products?
Store lyophilized products in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. For longer-term storage, refrigeration or freezing may help maintain stability depending on the compound.
How should reconstituted products be handled?
Reconstituted material is generally less stable than lyophilized powder and is typically kept refrigerated. Long-term storage after reconstitution is not recommended unless supported by product-specific stability data. Follow standard laboratory handling practices at all times.
Are the products sterile?
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, research-grade compounds should not be assumed to be sterile. Proper sterile handling procedures should always be followed in the laboratory.
Ordering & payment
Who is eligible to order?
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or laboratory professional. By ordering, you confirm the products will be used only for lawful research purposes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes may be possible if requested before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust an order.
Do you offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items?
Generally we do not accept pre-orders. Items become available to purchase once inventory has been restocked and updated on the website.
Shipping & delivery
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours of a cleared order and ship with tracking. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed once a package leaves our facility.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Inspect the package, confirm the items and labels, and store the products according to the recommended conditions as soon as reasonably possible. Avoid leaving packages in hot vehicles or direct sunlight for extended periods.
What if my package is delayed or not moving in tracking?
If there is no tracking movement for several consecutive days, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Returns & refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns of opened or handled products. If there is an issue with your order, our team will work with you to resolve it fairly.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, clear photos of the packaging and the affected item, and a short description of the issue. Approved remedies may include a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
